Our highest priority is to get the box ingredients right every week and listen to our member's feedback. Every year we ask our members to fill out a survey. We are happy with the results from the 95 respondents to our last survey however there is always areas to improve on.

When considering the items to go into each week's box we are guided by the principle of selecting half staples one week, half the next with the rest seasonal / exotic produce. This procedure's alignment with our member's wishes was confirmed by our satisfaction survey results showing 65.26% of members wanted us to use this procedure.
It's very important to understand what our member's consider to be 'staple' items they would like in the box every second week. Of course we need these items to be in season as well. The information below is being adopted in our weekly selection with the following items being preferred VEGETABLE STAPLES: beans, broccoli, carrots, sweet corn, cucumbers Lebanese, lettuce, mushrooms button, onions brown, sweet potato, pumpkin butternut.
